Ultra-High Resolution Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer

 

The DLS-10 mass spectrometer is for ultra high resolution mass spectrometry of hydrogen isotopes, operating in the quadrupole stability zone H, to give mass separation of helium and deuterium.

 

🛑 Overview

The DLS-10 quadrupole analyzer is a precision assembled triple mass filter with unique, independently driven RF only secondary filter stages preceding and following the primary mass filter. A radially symmetric electron impact ioniser with twin oxide coated iridium filaments and a dual Faraday / single channel electron multiplier detector are included as standard.

Mass range is 1-10 AMU operating in the quadrupole stability zone H with FWHM =0.006 amu.
