High Pressure Vessels

APPLICATION

These mini, lab and pilot pressure vessels are used in Laboratories, pilot facility & small-scale manufacturing of fine & speciality chemicals, bulk drug (API) pharmaceuticals, dyes, intermediates, paints, oils, agrochemical, petrochemicals, oil & gas, chemical engineering colleges / research institutes / defence organisations etc. for gas / liquid storage / charging under pressure, gas / liquid separation and collection, static, loop, electrochemical, corrosion testing, gas hydrate formation, soaking of diamonds / precious stones, hydrogen induced disbonding tests, supercritical fluid extractions, acid digestion etc.

The acid digesters/ digestion bombs are made of SS316 with a PTFE / Teflon liner and cap inside. This complete unit is usually placed inside a oven. It is used for dissolving or digesting inorganic or organic samples in strong acids or alkalis.
