IGA 100

Dynamic Mixed Gas and Single Component Vapor Analyzer

The multiple inlet mass flow controller system allows mixed gas experiments in both pressure control and flow control modes. The IGA design integrates precise computer-control and measurement of mass change, pressure and temperature to enable fully automatic and reproducible determination of gas and vapor sorption-desorption isotherms and isobars in diverse operating conditions.

Anti-condensation protection to 50 ºC is incorporated in the IGA-100, which allows operation with water and an extensive range of hydrocarbon vapors. Additionally, a range of sample environment options are available to allow operation at temperatures from -196 to 1000 °C and at pressures ranging from ultra-high vacuum to 20 bar. Product desorption and standard TGA-MS experiments can be performed with the close-coupled mass spectrometer option. The versatile IGA-100 has been widely used for the study of sorption on catalysts, carbons, zeolites and polymers.
