Προτεινόμενη Χρήση
Ενδείξεις Ανάμιξης: αμέσως μετά την αιμοληψία, ανακινήστε το σωληνάριο απαλά 4-5 φορές
Ελάχιστος χρόνος πρίν την φυγοκέντρηση: καθόλου
Μέγιστος χρόνος πρίν την φυγοκέντρηση: 2-4 ώρες μετά την αιμοληψία, εξαρτάται από την εξέταση
Ταχύτητα φυγοκέντρησης: 2000-2500 g για 15-20 λεπτά στους 20 - 25 C. Χρησιμοποιήστε τον κατάλληλο χρόνο και τις στροφές φυγοκέντρησης για να λάβετε πλάσμα χαμηλό σε αιμοπελάτια
Διατήρηση δείγματος: ο χρόνος και η θερμοκρασία μπορεί να αλλάξουν ανάλογα με την εξέταση που θα εκτελεσθεί
